We are looking for youth organizations who would like to participate in our Online International Fair for Youth Organizations.
As part of the EU-funded project Digital You, which aims to facilitate the transition of youth organizations to the digital world, we are looking for organizations to participate in the testing of the Digital You platform and its functionality to host virtual fairs.
Description of the event
This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded organizations from around Europe, all from the comfort of your home or office.
To participate you need to follow these 2 steps:
Register your organization in Digital YOu platform https://dy-test.netlify.app/# (if you are not already registered). Tutorial: How to register in DYOu platform.
Apply for the online fair that will be held on 12.06.2024 in the section Upcoming fairs https://dy-test.netlify.app/functions/connect. For this step you should provide the logo of your organization that will appear in the stand in vector format (.svg or similar file type) and a description of your entity. If you don’t have a vector logo, a PNG image in high resolution will enough.Tutorial: How to apply to online fair
Deadline to register and apply for the fair: 28.05.2024 at 23.59h CET.
The fair will take place on 12.6.2024. Before that day, participants will have the opportunity to customize your stand. On the day of the fair, during the morning, you will have the opportunity to visit the different stands and schedule meetings with the organizations you would like to know more about. In the afternoon, it will be time to carry out these one-to-one meetings.

Online Fair Date: 12.6.2024
10:00-16:00h CET: Pre-live phase. Feel free to visit all the stands in the fair, get to know the organizations participating and scheduling 1-1 meetings.
16:00-19:00h CET: Live phase. Time for 1-1 meetings and mingling

Registration Deadline: 28.5.2024
Participation Process: Please register your organization on the Digital YOu platform and apply for the fair before 28.5.2024 to secure your spot.
