In case any other additional data are collected, processed or stored for any other reasons, updated information on the processing and storage of your additional data shall be offered.

Why do we collect your data?

We process this data for recruitment purposes only in the framework of creating a Pool of Experts and Volunteers, who will offer their services and cooperate with MoveIT as external partners or volunteers in projects and events to be held in the future. We are storing your data in our “Pool of Experts & Volunteers Applicant Database”.

Who do we share it with?

We will share the data internally for the purposes of the recruitment. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles. We will not share your data with third parties, unless your application for participation is successful. In this case, you will be further informed in detail about the processing of your data.

For how long will we keep it?

If your application for participation is unsuccessful, MoveIT will hold your data on file for 6 (six) months after the end of the recruitment process, for consideration in case of substitutions or cancellations of initially selected applicants. At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your data will be immediately deleted or destroyed.

If your application for participation is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be permanently retained until you withdraw your consent.

What are your rights?

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:

• access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
• require MoveIT to change incorrect or incomplete data;
• require MoveIT to delete or stop processing your data;
• object to the processing of your data where MoveIT is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.

If you believe that MoveIT has not complied with your data protection rights, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority in Greece (https://www.dpa.gr/).

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to MoveIT during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information requested in this application form, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all, since it is strictly related to the scope and legitimate interests of MoveIT.
