On Saturday, 19 September, MOVE IT participated in the 4th Youth Forum of the Youth Council of Thermi, held at NOESIS, coordinating the panel “Youth Participation at European Level.”

The discussion explored the opportunities available to young people in Europe and how these can become meaningful experiences of learning, cooperation and personal development. It also raised questions about how European young people feel and how familiar they are with the opportunities available to them.

The panel brought together representatives of the European Commission, INEDIVIM and civil society, as well as young people with experience in Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. Through questions, exchange of perspectives and interactive activities, participants explored opportunities for mobility, volunteering, intercultural learning and developing new skills and experiences.

The session offered a space to exchange experiences and reflect on what it means, in practice, for young people to engage, connect and participate at European level.
