Μια νέα πρωτοβουλία έχει ήδη αρχίσει να παίρνει σάρκα και οστά! Το έργο FFS – Family Friendly Sports (Φιλικός προς την Οικογένεια Αθλητισμός) υποστηρίζεται από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και φέρνει κοντά 7 διαφορετικούς οργανισμούς και αθλητικούς συλλόγους από 5 διαφορετικές χώρες της Ευρώπης με έναν κοινό στόχο: να δημιουργήσουν ένα βιώσιμο οικοσύστημα για την ανάπτυξη και την προώθηση φιλικών προς την οικογένεια αθλητικών δραστηριοτήτων με στόχο την ενίσχυση της υγείας των παιδιών.
The project will start by mapping the capacities of youth organizations active in sports and sports clubs in the involvement of the elderly in the training programs of children/youth academies, as well as the challenges/barriers in active participation in sports from the perspective of the elderly and will continue with developing evidence based methodologies for intergenerational training programs. Finally, the partners will use these recommednations in advocating for the importance of intergenerational dialogue through sports towards all relevant stakeholders.
The first transnational kick-off meeting for partners was held in Skopje, North Macedonia, in June 4th to 7th, where partners had the opportunity to finalize the project’s aim and specific objectives, map their own capacities and current practices and define the scope of the research that will serve as the basis for the mapping and methodologies development.
